3. Delivery Timelines
- Within Mumbai: 2–3 business days from order confirmation
- Other major metros (Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad): 4–6 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / North-East / J&K locations: up to 10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates based on courier averages. We do everything within our power to ship within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, but final delivery is subject to courier partner schedules and conditions like weather, strikes, or holidays.
4. Order Processing
- Orders received before 2:00 PM IST are typically dispatched within 24 hours.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately after payment.
- A tracking link is shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link from our courier partner. You can track your package in real-time. If you don't receive the tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email.
6. Courier Partners
We work with reliable courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post Speed Post, and other regional partners depending on your delivery location. The courier is selected based on the best service available to your pincode.
7. Delivery Address & Pincode
- Please double-check your shipping address, pincode, and phone number when placing the order.
- We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
- If a wrong/incomplete address leads to a failed delivery, the customer will need to pay re-shipping charges (₹60) for a fresh attempt.
8. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Wrong address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable across multiple delivery attempts
- Customer refusing the package without valid damage reason
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping fees of ₹60 will apply in such cases.
9. Damaged / Lost in Transit
Damaged packages — Please follow the process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. You will need a continuous, uncut unboxing video to claim a replacement.
Lost in transit — If your package is marked as undelivered for more than 10 days past the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per the courier's confirmation.
10. Festive Season Delays
During the Ganesh Chaturthi season (August–September), peak Diwali period (October–November), and other festive rush periods, courier networks experience higher volume. Please allow an extra 2–3 days during these times. We'll keep you posted via email/WhatsApp if anything looks delayed.
11. Cancellation Window
- You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it — provided it has not been dispatched yet.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The refund/return process (if applicable due to damage) takes over from that point.
- To cancel within the window, reach out on WhatsApp immediately with your Order ID.
