1. Welcome & Acceptance

This website is operated by Mumbai Ganesh Chaturthi (MGC). By accessing or placing an order through this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or making a purchase under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, phone number, email) is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST where applicable).
• Product images on the site are representative. Actual colours, finish, and texture may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting in product photos, or natural variation in handcrafted/printed materials.
• We reserve the right to modify product prices, discontinue any product, or correct pricing errors without prior notice.
• In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
• We accept payments via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and supported digital wallets.
• An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successful. Please retain this for your records.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (for example, in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Detailed shipping information is available on our Shipping Policy page. In brief: free delivery within Mumbai, flat ₹60 elsewhere across India. Typical delivery is 3 days in Mumbai and up to 7 days elsewhere.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our products are devotional keepsakes and made-to-order merchandise. As a general policy, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed. The only exception is products that arrive damaged or defective, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to product photographs, design artwork (Mumbai Cha Raja, Manifest, Eyes, Vishwavikrami, and all other tee designs), the MGC logo, written copy, and the overall site design — is the property of Mumbai Ganesh Chaturthi (MGC) and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of this content commercially without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, payment gateway, or backend
• Submit false or misleading information when placing orders
• Engage in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving goods

9. Limitation of Liability

Mumbai Ganesh Chaturthi (MGC), its founders, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Our maximum total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, pandemics, or government action.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or its products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
